A hub for scientific communication at UMass Chan

Founded in March 2022, the UMass Chan Scientific Communication Group is a collection of faculty, staff, and others engaged in scientific writing/editing, visual design, website development, public engagement/outreach, student advocacy, and foundation relations. We meet monthly via Zoom to discuss topics of interest and to learn from and encourage each other.

Please note: We do not provide centralized writing support to researchers at UMass Chan - please check with your department for available services. We also invite you to browse our curated list of resources for books, articles, websites, and other tools that may help you develop your scientific communication skills.
