• QGenda contains your day-to-day schedule for when you are on service. The login is your @umassmemorial email and password.
• Your block schedule lives in MedHub. Remember to:
  • log your work hours
  • keep your procedure log updated
  • submit vacation requests
  • request/complete evaluations
  • report primary care days
  • review conference schedule

• For information about scheduling changes/requests/swaps and about vacation planning, please review the "Intro to the Year" chief talk or talk to the chiefs and use the Swap Request Form
• Of note, when you take vacation, you MUST notify the faculty leader of the block you are missing (e.g. if you are taking a week during your nursery block, let them know in advance not to expect you!)
