Why Participate as a Sponsor/Exhibitor?
Paving the Way to Health Care Access has grown as one of the larger annual conferences on the East Coast for medical interpreters and offers skills development, policy discussions, and professional networking opportunities, all related to healthcare interpreting and culturally competent healthcare.
The conference serves as a valuable and engaging gathering place for interpreters, interpreting students, patient advocates, and medical staff to support each other in their shared goal of improving healthcare communication, access, quality, and equity.
In 2022, Paving the Way expanded to include more programming relevant to American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters both Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDI) and hearing interpreters.

2026 PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Silver Sponsors
$1,500 each (unlimited)
Silver Sponsors are those sponsors who desire to have a participating presence and visibility at the Paving the Way to Health Care Access Conference. This sponsorship includes the following:
- The option to show a video (less than three minutes long) during breaks both days.
- Silver-level placement of sponsor’s logo on:
- Mass Medical Interpreter Training Paving the Way conference webpage
- Registration and conference materials
- Conference slide show
- Raffle participation*
- Exhibit table at the event.
- “Meet and greet” attendees from the time of arrival and throughout all breaks during the conference.
- Complimentary registration for two (2) people
- Social media acknowledgment
*Raffle: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors will be highlighted in our conference raffle. Attendees will receive a raffle sheet to bring to each sponsor’s table to get a signature. When completed, they can submit the sheet to enter the raffle. Multiple prizes will be awarded. Sponsors are also welcome to provide raffle items such as continuing education workshops, headphones, tablets, reusable smart notebook, etc.
