Advion expression® Compact Mass Spectrometer (CMS) – (No Chromatography)

The expression® CMS is a single quadrupole mass spectrometer equipped with multiple ionization sources, including both ESI and APCI, enabling comprehensive identification and characterization of samples. It is dedicated to the analysis of novel small molecule and nucleic acid chemistries designed and synthesized in-house to enhance the therapeutic properties of manufactured oligonucleotides. The expression® CMS supports a variety of innovative sampling techniques that simplify analysis and require minimal sample preparation, including:

• ASAP® Probe (Atmospheric Solids Analysis Probe) – Enables one-touch analysis of solid and liquid samples; used with the APCI source.
• Touch Express™ Open Port Sampling Interface (OPSI) – Allows direct analysis of liquids, solids, and powders; used with the ESI source.
• Direct Injection / Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) – Provides rapid sample introduction with minimal handling.

6130 Single Quadrupole (SQ) LC/MS – (ESI Source)

The Agilent 6130 SQ LC/MS system uses a single quadrupole mass filter to perform accurate and sensitive mass analysis. It is primarily dedicated to the analysis of small molecules, novel nucleic acids, and charge-neutral nucleic acid analogs. Combined with liquid chromatography, this system provides increased impurity analysis.
