Dr Oligo 48 (Biolytic)

A medium-throughput synthesizer capable of producing up to 48 oligonucleotides per run in a column format. It features 24 monomer positions and 11 reagent positions, utilizing positive pressure to deliver reagents through the columns. Our typical synthesis scales range from 0.5 to 5 µmol.
