Dr Oligo 192 XLc (Biolytic)

A high-throughput synthesizer capable of producing up to 192 oligonucleotides per run in a plate format. It features 28 monomer positions, 8 reagent positions, and supports coupling up-flow capabilities. The system uses positive pressure to deliver reagents through the columns and includes automatic nozzle washing at the end of each synthesis cycle. Oligonucleotides are synthesized at a 0.5 µmol scale.
