ÄKTA Oligopilot plus 10 and 100 (Cytiva)

A pump-driven system utilizing flow-through technology for medium- to large-scale synthesis. It features 7 column positions, 12 monomer positions, and 7 reagent positions, along with on-line monitoring via conductivity and UV detectors. The system also supports column re-circulation. Our typical synthesis scales range from 3–10 µmol (small scale) to 50–600 µmol (large scale).
