Mermade 12 (Biosearch Technologies)

A medium-scale synthesizer capable of producing up to 12 oligonucleotides per run in a column format. It features 16 monomer positions, 7 reagent positions, and a built-in trityl monitor for real-time synthesis tracking. The system uses negative pressure to deliver reagents through the columns efficiently. Our typical synthesis scales range from 1–40 µmol.
