The Only Nonprofit Center in North America with Gram-Synthesis Capability
The NACC has instrumentation to synthesize fully modified oligonucleotides at nmol to multi-gram scale. It produces approximately 10,000 complex oligonucleotides and 400 large-scale batches per year. Collaborations at UMass Chan Medical School and with researchers in Massachusetts, the US, and abroad have enabled many grants and IP applications over the past decade.
