Incushakers and Reaction Chamber
Deprotection
Heated Pressure Chamber (Biolytic)
The Heated Pressure Chamber accelerates deprotection reactions by applying heat and pressure in a precise and controlled manner, transforming gas/vapor-phase cleavage and deprotection into an efficient single-step operation. Synthesis plates and/or column racks are placed directly into the reaction chamber. Following gas-phase deprotection, oligonucleotides are ion-exchanged, desalted, and eluted from the synthesis support in water. Our chamber has a one-gallon capacity and accommodates up to four 96-column racks or plates.
