The theme of this 3-day virtual conference is “Social Media Strategies for Knowledge Translation.” Presenters will address key questions pertinent to any researcher or product developer: How can social media help me understand what people need? or want to know from my work? How can it be used as a tool to involve individuals and organizations as I plan a project and get it up and running? The conference will also include discussions of using social media to recruit research participants and ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement. Throughout the conference, careful attention will be paid to making sure these social media strategies are accessible to people with disabilities.
